I visited CityFibre’s Wycombe fibre exchange to hear about how they are helping to deliver the Labour government’s manifesto commitment to achieve full gigabit and national 5G coverage by 2030.
Constituents have told me how poor broadband speeds are impacting their businesses and their children’s education.
It is great to learn how CityFibre is rolling out fast and reliable broadband coverage in Wycombe and hard-to-reach surrounding rural communities, under the government’s Project Gigabit Programme. It’s a great example of how business and government can work together to kickstart economic growth as part of our Plan for Change.
