It was an honour to attend the Community Iftar at The Hive. This was an incredible opportunity to learn about the holy month of Ramadan and hear from voices within the community, including a very inspiring young woman speaking about what Ramadan means to her. To then join with those present to break their fast and connect as a community was truly special.
The event, organised by Imam Haseeb Jahangir (Inter Faith Co-ordinating Chaplain Bucks New Uni), brought together many from other faiths across Wycombe including Rabbi Neil Janes (South Bucks Jewish Community), TJ (Minister at St Annes and St Peters ) and Manjit Singh. Also joined by Councillor Majid Hussain , Aatif Kayyani (The Rye College), Karen Adamson (TVP Wycombe).
