On 10 July 2026 members of Wycombe’s Hindu community showed me around the Shri Meenatchi Amman temple’s new premises in Desborough St.
I have been pleased to support the community during their long search for a new home, which involved considering more than 65 properties. I am full of admiration for the determination and persistence of the trustees and Exec team. It has been a privilege to play a small part in securing a Change of Use for a former warehouse to enable it to become a temple. I look forward to seeing the new temple become a thriving centre for both worship and community activities.
